Ascential’s decision to integrate the PQ Programme into its organisational framework was spurred by a desire to enhance change management, a critical requirement as Ascential undergoes frequent shifts, including acquisitions across multiple sectors.
“We have a very well-defined set of values and behaviours,” says Sean Harley, former CIO of Ascential. “But in the situation we found ourselves in with a mix of people, we needed them to come together and speak a similar language, think in a similar fashion, and also challenge themselves in terms of how they approach situations to give them a new way of working and a new way of thinking.”

Turo introduced the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Programme for mental fitness in October of 2022. The programme gives employees the gift of prioritising personal and professional development amid rapid business growth.
“We’re always making investments in our people and looking for ways to help differentiate as an employer,” says Lorie Boyd, Chief People Officer at Turo. “We felt that when it came to our employees and their self-care, that needed to be a priority.
