Each leadership training programme is bespoke and tailored to the needs of your organisation.

• Free 15 minute discovery call before the first session to identify what you and your team wants out of your leadership programme.
• You decide on the topic(s) e.g. performance, relationships, sense of team, wellbeing, mental fitness, resilience, communication, persuasion, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, change management etc.
• You decide on whether you want an individual one-off session or a programme over a period of time (weekly, monthly or for a full year.  We will make suggestions for you to choose in the programme proposal).
• Unlimited contact with your programme facilitator / coach via text or email between sessions.
• Pay all in one go or set up a payment plan (payment plan available for programmes with more than one session only).
• We can invoice your organisation directly.  (Please check with them first).
• Prices also include your programme facilitator/coach's pre-session planning and post session write-ups.
